Call me old fashioned, as Dame Edna would say...., call me old fashioned, but a tour where you can visit Universal Studios, and a theme park, as well as a downtown shopping area is way OTT (over the top) for me! It's like you cannot make a choice...

Oh, I understand it perfectly from the studio's point of view: higher entrance fee, people spending more while you have them... but this has nothing to do anymore with the good old studio tours you had some 20 years ago.

For me a theme park is a theme park, a tour a tour and shopping a whole different game... Easy as that!
